Scientists have discovered a new color, 'olo,' unseen before, using laser stimulation of the retina. The color, described as 'blue-green' but far more saturated, is outside the natural visual spectrum. It's achieved by selectively activating M cones in the eye, unlike natural light. The name 'olo' reflects the binary code for exclusive M-cone activation (010).
