At least 20 American fast-food outlets in Pakistan were attacked this month amid anti-Israel protests. One employee was killed, and around 160 suspects, mostly from TLP, were arrested. The Interior Minister stated the government will protect businesses and punish attackers, despite claiming no party involvement.
