Vodafone sold its entire 3% stake in Indus Towers for Rs 2,800 crore. Rs 890 crore of the proceeds were used to settle creditor dues. The remaining funds were used to increase Vodafone's shareholding in Vodafone Idea to 24.39%, further settling obligations to Indus.
