Uttarakhand's Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan directed the implementation of biometric attendance for all government employees from May 1st. He also emphasized prioritizing public interest schemes, reviewing projects through the PM Gatishakti Portal, preparing e-DPRs, and conducting annual departmental inspections. Asset listing on the government portal was also mandated.
