Praveen Someshwar will become United Spirits' CEO, replacing Hina Nagarajan who is moving to a global role within Diageo. Someshwar will initially serve as CEO-Designate, collaborating with Nagarajan until March 31, 2025, before officially assuming the MD & CEO position in April 2025, pending approvals. He previously held leadership positions at HT Media and PepsiCo.
