A Tamil Nadu BJP leader, MS Shah, was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl. The case, initially closed, was reopened after new evidence emerged from a forensic investigation of his phone. Shah faces charges under the POCSO Act. The girl's mother was also arrested.
