Four Indian migrant workers in Singapore were honored for rescuing children and adults from a shophouse fire. Using a scaffold and ladder, they saved 10 children before firefighters arrived. Their bravery was lauded, despite one child later succumbing to injuries. Fire safety violations were discovered at the shophouse.
