The Revenue Department, under police protection, seized former MLA S. Rajendran's house and land in Munnar. This follows a High Court rejection of Rajendran's petition against land acquisition. The property will be used as a Special Tahsildar office. Rajendran is reportedly in Tamil Nadu.
