The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested two individuals linked to banned militant groups in Manipur. They are accused of murdering a woman and burning houses in Jiribam last November. One suspect, Meiraba, allegedly shot the victim, Zosangkim. Sanatomba, the other, participated in the violence. Both are in NIA custody until May 17th, pending further investigation.
