Japan's Space One Kairos rocket fails minutes after liftoff

Japan's Space One aborted the flight of its Kairos small rocket shortly after liftoff on Wednesday, marking its second failed attempt in nine months to deliver a satellite into orbit. The rocket lost stability during its ascent and was terminated after 10 minutes when completing the mission became unfeasible. Five small satellites, including one from the Taiwan Space Agency, were onboard.
