India's Jal Shakti ministry utilized 98.39% of its water resources budget in FY25. Centrally Sponsored Schemes saw Rs 13,216.34 crore spent of Rs 13,431.48 crore allocated. Central Sector schemes reached 81.79% utilization. Improved fund release mechanisms and state coordination contributed to this increase compared to the previous fiscal year's 49.45% utilization.
