US and Iranian envoys held the first direct talks in Oman regarding Iran's nuclear program. Both sides described the discussions as positive and constructive, despite complex issues. A second round of talks is scheduled for April 19th. The talks address sanctions relief, enrichment levels, and preventing weaponization of the program.
