A 40-year-old man in Delhi was arrested for dragging a German Shepherd seven kilometers behind his SUV. The incident occurred after the dog barked at his son. The dog, Sandy, sustained leg injuries and a fractured bone. The owner filed a complaint under the Animal Cruelty Act and relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Sharma was arrested on Friday following police investigation.
