Delhi Police busted a gang using Tinder to target gay men, extorting money and valuables. The accused befriended victims, arranged meetings, then held them hostage, blackmailed, and robbed them. One victim lost Rs 1.25 lakh. Police used technical surveillance to apprehend five suspects, recovering stolen property. Similar incidents using Grindr were also reported, highlighting a concerning trend.
