A man who dragged a Delhi head constable on his car's bonnet has been arrested in Kolkata. The incident occurred on April 22nd in Delhi's Bhalswa dairy area. The suspect, Karamveer, fled to Kolkata by train after the incident. The constable sustained injuries during the incident.
