Congress announced four MPs for a delegation explaining India's stance on Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, notably excluding Shashi Tharoor. The government, however, included Tharoor in a seven-member all-party delegation. The other MPs selected by Congress were Anand Sharma, Gaurav Gogoi, Syed Naseer Hussain, and Raja Brar. The delegations will visit several countries to brief world leaders.
