The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet approved a captive port at Anakapalle, a significant project by ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India. This Rs 55,964 crore investment will create 20,000 jobs in phase one, expanding to 33,000 in phase two. The project includes a steel plant and port infrastructure, driving industrialization and employment in the state.
